You cannot have failed to have noticed -especially if you have a hotmail account - the 'pink patch' weight loss advert flashing away at the top. Well MUGGINS here decided that in the desperate attempt to lose the 7 pounds I put on months ago I would order the plasters. There was a free trial.
Unfortunately ladies -that's all the Pink Patch is...a bloody 'rip off' plaster. Apparently is has herbs to help to melt those blasted pounds away. It does nothing except pull at your belly hair when you attempt to remove it.
Why do we do it? Why do I do it? I even ordered a months supply thinking that a free 10 day trial wasn't enough (you need to give these things a chance) well don't bother. I lost 40 pounds - amazing; only the loss was in pounds sterling.
Don't bother. Ignore it and laugh. The only way you will shift the flab is move that lard arse and eat less. I need to take my own advice. I lose £46 a month on a gym membership too. Uhgh
